Stress, stress, stress.

Welcome to the 21st century.  The more our lives speed up, accompanied by the technology we’ve created, the more anxiety we’re exposed to.  What happens when anxiety explodes into full blown anxiety attacks?  Then what?

Usually, the answer rests inside of yourself.  But in order to get to that level of healing, it’s important to understand how emotions work.

The Nature of Emotion

Emotions are born to be experienced.  When they are, they dissipate.  When they aren’t, the remain in the subconscious and create repeating patterns of the same pain, over and over.

Anxiety is a perfect example.  More often than not, when someone has an anxiety attack, it’s usually the re-experience of some type of fear from the past.  Commonly, it’s triggered by a similar circumstances that created it in the first place.  As intense and as unfortunate as that may be, creating a cure is often not that difficult.

Healing Anxiety

Suppressed emotion, including anxiety, can be released through deep states of meditation.  There are a myriad of techniques to help rid yourself of bottled up fear and pain.  And usually all it takes is a little practice and awareness.  Furthermore, the results are commonly permanent.
