What is a Kundalini Experience?

Whoa…What was that?  What’s happening to me?

During a spiritual awakening, the sleeping potential force in the human energy field, called the kundalini, can rises up through the body.  Historically, it’s symbolized as a coiled serpent, stored in the root chakra at the base of the spine.

When it’s suddenly released, it can create mystical experiences.  Sometimes it can be extremely powerful and disorienting, especially if you don’t know what’s happening.  Plus, it can last for days…even weeks.

When the Kundalini is released, some of the effects may include:

▪Involuntary jerks, tremors, shaking, especially in the arms and legs.

▪Energy rushes or feelings of electricity circulating through the body.

▪Intense heat or cold, passing through the chakras.

▪Visions, sounds or sensory distortions.

▪Diminished or heightened sexual desire.

▪Intense emotional purging.

▪Depression (on rare occasions).

▪Pressure inside the skull and headache (re-birthing).

▪Bliss, feelings of infinite love and universal connectedness.

▪Experience of your version of Divinity.

If you’re having kundalini experiences, fear not.  You’re going up a  notch in your spiritual evolution.  As the energy integrates into your being, things will eventually calm down.
